Data we collect
Data you send us
- Contact form: name, email address and, if you provide them, company, phone, project type, budget, timing and message.
- Booking a call via Calendly: name, email address and the information entered in the booking form.
- Email or phone: whatever information you choose to share.
- Clients: billing details and information needed to deliver the project.
Data collected automatically

We do not collect sensitive data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.).
Why we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your requests (form, email, phone, bookings) | Pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b) |
| Delivering and following up your project, invoicing | Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) |
| Meeting our accounting and tax obligations | Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c) |
| Keeping the website secure and running | Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) |
| Measuring website audience anonymously, to improve it | Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) |
We don’t send newsletters. If we offer one in future, it will only be with your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and local storage
Our website uses no cookies, no targeted advertising and no tracking pixels. That’s why no consent banner is needed.
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s storage (neither local storage nor session storage). No resources are loaded from third-party services during your visit.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and where visits come from (country, device type, referring site). It works without cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted with a temporary identifier derived from the request and reset every day, which cannot identify you or follow you across websites. Statistics are aggregated only. The script is served from our own domain.
Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no requests are sent to Google Fonts. Links to Calendly or to our Google profile only share data with those services when you choose to open them, at which point their own policies apply.
Recipients and processors
Your data is only accessible to members of the TradinGo team who need it. We use the following providers, bound by confidentiality and security commitments:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosting the website and the contact form, anonymous analytics |
| Resend | Delivering contact form messages by email |
| Calendly LLC | Online appointment booking |
| Our business email provider | Email correspondence |
| Our accountant | Accounting and tax obligations (clients only) |
Public authorities may also receive your data where the law requires it. We never sell your data and never pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Vercel, Resend, Calendly) are based in the United States and may process data there. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider participates, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that don’t lead to a project | 3 years after the last contact |
| Client data | Length of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting obligations |
| Hosting provider’s technical logs | A limited period set by the provider, for security |
After these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your rights
You have the following rights over your data:
- Access: find out whether we process your data and get a copy.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted, in the cases set out by the GDPR.
- Restriction: ask for a processing activity to be paused.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, reusable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, email contact@tradingo.lu. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hosting with established providers, access limited to authorised people and spam protection on the form. No system is infallible, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we follow the good practice of our industry.
