This privacy policy describes how TradinGo S.à rl (“TradinGo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of visitors and users of the tradingo.lu website, as well as its customers and prospects. We attach particular importance to the protection of your privacy and are committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. We collect the following categories of data, exclusively when you voluntarily interact with our services:
Data provided directly by you
- When you fill out our contact form: first name, last name, email address, telephone number (optional), nature of your project, and the content of your message.
- When you book a discovery call via Calendly: first name, last name, email address, information shared in the fields of the booking form.
- When you contact us by email or phone: any data you choose to provide to us.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, referral source (referrer), date and time of access.

We do not collect any sensitive data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.) in the normal course of our business.

6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our subcontractors (Wix, Google, Calendly) may process your data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
- Standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission;
- Adherence of the relevant service providers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
7. Shelf life
Your data is kept for the following periods:
- Contact requests and unconverted leads: 3 years from the last contact.
- Clients: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then 10 years after the end of the relationship for Luxembourg accounting and tax obligations.
- Cookies: durations vary depending on the type, generally from the session to a maximum of 12 months.
- Commercial prospecting data (newsletter): until you withdraw your consent.
At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized irreversibly.
